Graduate Students

Dr. Doane will be reviewing graduate applications for Fall 2027. Check out this ASU News article to read more about Dr. Doane’s mentorship.

Undergraduate Students

We are not actively recruiting undergraduate research assistants (RAs) at this time, but will continue accepting applications. We will review applications for incoming undergraduate research assistants for Spring 2027.

ENERGIZE. The ASAE Lab is part of the ENERGIZE Research Initiative, which aims to connect undergraduate students who are underrepresented in the sciences (e.g., racial/ethnic background, sexual orientation, first-generation students) with research laboratories within the Psychology department at ASU. We agree to be flexible when considering student preparation (e.g., GPA, courses taken), as well as the student’s hourly commitment and availability to work in the lab. Importantly, Dr. Doane and her graduate students are committed to providing close mentorship to students (e.g., in research and the graduate school application process). Click HERE to apply to our lab through the ENERGIZE Research Initiative.
